Quality Statement

Ritec International Limited is responsible for the planning and delivery of its services.  We work closely with our partner suppliers and customers to satisfy mutual requirements. 

Customer Focus

The company will ensure that customer requirements are identified and will aim to enhance customer satisfaction through a focus on customer concerns highlighted within the responses to the sales team feedback, presented at the management review meeting and through the customer satisfaction survey.

Quality Policy (Leadership)

Ritec International recognises that the provision of a consistently high standard of product and service is the keystone to our success, reputation and the satisfaction of our customers.

We will constantly strive: 

  • To define and maintain a high quality of service through the ClearShield System®.

  • To identify objectives across the business aimed at continual improvement of the Quality Management System, process activities and enhancing customer satisfaction. 

  • Business objectives shall be reviewed for effectiveness and suitability against the established known expectations and where required, re-established or appropriate corrective action taken to achieve the desired results. 

  • Business objectives shall be communicated and understood throughout the organisation. 

  • To be resourceful and innovative in striving to meet our customer needs and expectations. 

  • To be open to new ideas and adaptive to change. 

  • To set achievable targets for our staff and sub-contractors. 

  • To apply consistent standards throughout. 

  • To provide defect free products, on time and within budget.

  • Effectively analyse data: Customer satisfaction and conformity to product and service requirements, in order to identify opportunities for preventive action, continuous improvement and to measure the effectiveness of the Quality Policy.

  • Ritec International will establish measurable quality objectives that will be periodically reviewed to track progress and ensure that they remain relevant to the business. We will ensure that this policy is communicated to and understood by all members of staff.

  • The achievement of high quality and consistency calls for a systematic and disciplined approach by all employees in all activities associated with the customer’s requirements according to the principles of quality assurance and in compliance with ISO9001:2015.

  • Above all, we will always remember that our customers are the very purpose of our business and that our employees and standards of work are the means to satisfy those customers.
